INTRODUCTION

This minute of the 20 May 2022 general meeting of CEMBA Alumni held in Shampan-Mughal Kabab House, Dhanmondi, Dhaka is placed to all Alumni in a summary form to getfrom each Alumni:
•    constructive criticism;
•    suggestions;
•    innovative ideas and
•    any corrective actions required on this version 5

It would be highly appreciated if you kindly respond by 15 Dec 2022; otherwise, it will be treat as your agreement with the decisions mentioned in version 05. Final minutes No.1 will be issued after compiling and taking into account all kinds of comments & suggestions.

Just to further appraise you, 91 Alumni kindly attended the get-together program of 20 May 2022 at Shampan.

In that get-together program, organizers and alumni of CEMBA & CEMPA suggested various important points to form an alumni association and an AD Hoc EC Committee. The organizing committee included those suggested points in minutes 1 and proposed EC Committee arranged several sitting to finalize all issues. Briefly, the version of minutes 1 is as follows-
